  • Do Vertak products have patents?
    A: This depends on the specific product. Vertak offers a wide product range, and some of our products are patented. For example, our 4-in-1 stackable tool box and 4-in-1 / 5-in-1 workbench are proprietary products with registered patents. 

  • What is the MOQ for color customization? Can we customize the logo?

    A:For non-electric products, the minimum order quantity for color customization is typically 1,000 units.
    For electric products, the MOQ is usually 500 units.

    We support custom logo services (OEM/ODM) based on customer requirements.

  • Are your products or packaging FSC compliant?

    A:We can provide FSC-compliant packaging upon request. Please note that FSC-certified packaging may result in a slight price difference, which will be clearly communicated before quotation.

  • What is the warranty period for Vertak products?

    A:Non-electric products: typically 1 year warranty

    Electric products: typically 2 years warranty 

  • How long does it take to prepare samples after deposit payment?

    A:The sample lead time depends on the specific requirements.

    For custom color samples, it usually takes at least 2 weeks;

    For standard samples, they can often be provided immediately if in stock.

    A: Yes, Vertak complies with international standards and can provide certifications such as BSCI and ISO, depending on the product and manufacturing requirements. Relevant documentation can be shared upon request.
